They are currently going through a mini refurb after rebranding from ibis to B&B so some bits are maybe not as polished as could be, but it's got to happen sometime! Location is a little bit out of town (maybe 10-15 mins walk to the sanctuary and grotto) but very near the railway station if you arrive that way.

The hotel that suits us. Very close to the train station, and not far to the Grotto ( about 10 minutes walk ). With an affordable price, this hotel is perfect for a place to stay during a pilgrimage in Lourdes, and they served good breakfast too with selection of bread, bacons, boiled egg, sliced cheese, cold cuts, juices & coffee ( typical European breakfast ). The room was okay, not that big, actually a bit small but overall meet our expectation ( with Air-Conditioning ). We definitely will stay in this hotel if we go to Lourdes in the future.

The hotel was located very close to the train station(about 350m), which was the main reason we booked the hotel. However, the room was super clean with a good en suite bathroom. The staff was superb and friendly. The breakfast was also great. We extremely enjoyed our stay there.

Breakfast was OK. Ran out of scramble eggs. Had only one small tray. Location excellent. Staff great and very helpful and friendly. Sorry to see restraunt close after Breakfast. They use to have great meals for lunch and dinner.

The rooms were clean it was quiet and the staff were nice especially the Lady in the reception with the curly hair

Great location, walking distance to the procession, la grotto. Close restaurants and shops. Disability friendly hotel, bathroom are Disability friendly. Great breakfast.

Location is excellent , staff were friendly and helpful. especially Fatima . Thank you . most of the staff speak English. I will go back again .
